Embroidery delivered to Clarissa

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Clarissa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Clarissa at a community of 654 on 1.0 square miles of Minnesota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Eagle Bend, MN (5 mi), Browerville, MN (5 mi), Bertha, MN (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Ripley sits about 30 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Clarissa.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Minnesota mixes Clarissa crews with neighbors like Eagle Bend, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Clarissa gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Clarissa customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Clarissa customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Clarissa customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Clarissa addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Clarissa crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
