Embroidery delivered to Clayville

Clayville crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Clayville address in 5 to 7 business days.

Clayville covers 1.7 square miles of Rhode Island, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Foster Center, RI (2 mi), Greene, RI (5 mi), Chepachet, RI (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Station Newport, roughly 28 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Clayville.

Because Foster Center sits only 2 miles from Clayville, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Clayville gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Clayville customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Clayville customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Clayville customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Clayville addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Clayville crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
