Embroidery delivered to Clifford

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Clifford, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Clifford at a community of 29 on 0.1 square miles of North Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Galesburg, ND (5 mi), Blanchard, ND (9 mi), Portland, ND (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Grand Forks Air Force Base, roughly 42 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Clifford counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Clifford does not stop at the town line. Crews from Galesburg (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Clifford gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Clifford customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Clifford customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Clifford customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Clifford addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Clifford crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Clifford crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
