Embroidery in Cloverdale, VA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Cloverdale gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Cloverdale

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Cloverdale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 3.1 square miles of Cloverdale sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Laymantown, VA (2 mi), Hollins, VA (3 mi), Daleville, VA (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Gregg-Adams sits about 138 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cloverdale.

Embroidery demand around Cloverdale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Laymantown (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cloverdale gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Cloverdale customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cloverdale customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Cloverdale customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Cloverdale addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Cloverdale crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Cloverdale crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
