Embroidery for Clute: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Clute, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Clute at about 11,000 people on 5.3 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Richwood, TX (3 mi), Lake Jackson, TX (4 mi), Oyster Creek, TX (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, around 139 miles from Clute, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Clute.
Because Richwood sits only 3 miles from Clute, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Clute customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Clute customers, these three earn their keep.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Clute customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Clute addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Clute crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
