Embroidery in Codell, KS.

Custom embroidered gear for Codell businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Embroidery delivered to Codell

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Codell, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.8 square miles of Codell sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Plainville, KS (7 mi), Natoma, KS (8 mi), Zurich, KS (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 125 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Codell.

Because Plainville sits only 7 miles from Codell, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Codell gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Codell customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Codell customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Codell addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Codell crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your codell crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
