Embroidery delivered to Corcoran

Corcoran crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Corcoran address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 7,700 people spread over 35.8 square miles, Corcoran gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Loretto, MN (5 mi), Medina, MN (5 mi), Rogers, MN (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Ripley sits about 72 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Corcoran.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Minnesota mixes Corcoran crews with neighbors like Loretto, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Corcoran gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Corcoran customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Corcoran customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Corcoran customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Corcoran addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Corcoran crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
