Embroidery delivered anywhere in Corson County

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Corson County, that comes with published pack pricing and delivery to any address in the county.

Corson County spans 2470 square miles and holds about 3,800 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.

What Corson County gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Corson county customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Corson County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to every address in Corson County runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Corson County crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
