Embroidery in Coushatta, LA.

Embroidery for Coushatta: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Coushatta

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Coushatta, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,700 people spread over 3.3 square miles, Coushatta gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Edgefield, LA (2 mi), Martin, LA (9 mi), Hall Summit, LA (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Barksdale Air Force Base, roughly 39 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Coushatta.

Embroidery demand around Coushatta does not stop at the town line. Crews from Edgefield (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Coushatta gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Coushatta customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Coushatta customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Coushatta customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Coushatta addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Coushatta crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your coushatta crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
