Embroidery for Cushman: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Cushman

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Cushman, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 446 spread over 4.1 square miles, Cushman gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bethesda, AR (6 mi), Pleasant Grove, AR (8 mi), Mount Pleasant, AR (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Little Rock Air Force Base sits about 71 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cushman.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Arkansas mixes Cushman crews with neighbors like Bethesda, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Cushman gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Cushman customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cushman customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Cushman customers see.

10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Cushman addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Cushman crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Cushman crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
