Embroidery in Cuyuna, MN.

Embroidery for Cuyuna: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Cuyuna

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Cuyuna, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Cuyuna at a community of 323 on 3.2 square miles of Minnesota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Crosby, MN (2 mi), Deerwood, MN (3 mi), Ironton, MN (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 42 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cuyuna.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Minnesota mixes Cuyuna crews with neighbors like Crosby, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Cuyuna gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Cuyuna customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cuyuna customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cuyuna addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cuyuna crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
