Embroidery in Dane, WI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Dane gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Dane

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Dane, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Dane at about 1,100 people on 1.2 square miles of Wisconsin, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Waunakee, WI (5 mi), Lodi, WI (5 mi), DeForest, WI (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 81 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Dane counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Dane does not stop at the town line. Crews from Waunakee (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Dane gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Dane customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dane customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Dane customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Dane addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Dane crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Dane crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
