Embroidery delivered to Deep Run

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Deep Run, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.8 square miles of Deep Run sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Pink Hill, NC (6 mi), Jackson Heights, NC (7 mi), Seven Springs, NC (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Seymour Johnson AFB, roughly 22 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Deep Run.

Because Pink Hill sits only 6 miles from Deep Run, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Deep Run gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Deep run customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Deep Run customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Deep Run customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Deep Run addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Deep Run crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Deep Run crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
