Custom embroidered gear for Deer businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Deer

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Deer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Deer to the other, 2.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Wayton, AR (7 mi), Mount Judea, AR (11 mi), Jasper, AR (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Little Rock Air Force Base sits about 90 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Deer counted against your roster.

Because Wayton sits only 7 miles from Deer, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Deer gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Deer customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Deer customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Deer customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Deer addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Deer crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
