Embroidery delivered to Diggins

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Diggins, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Diggins is home to a community of 313 across 1.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Seymour, MO (5 mi), Fordland, MO (5 mi), Marshfield, MO (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Leonard Wood sits about 59 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Diggins.

Because Seymour sits only 5 miles from Diggins, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Diggins gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Diggins customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Diggins customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Diggins customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Diggins addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Diggins crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Diggins crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
