Embroidery delivered to Dunmor

Dunmor crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Dunmor address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.6 square miles of Dunmor sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lewisburg, KY (6 mi), Beechmont, KY (7 mi), Drakesboro, KY (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Knox, roughly 77 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Dunmor.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Kentucky mixes Dunmor crews with neighbors like Lewisburg, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Dunmor gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Dunmor customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Dunmor customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Dunmor customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Dunmor addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Dunmor crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
