Embroidery in Eagle Crest, OR.

Custom embroidered gear for Eagle Crest businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Eagle Crest

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Eagle Crest, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Eagle Crest covers 15.2 square miles of Oregon, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Redmond, OR (6 mi), Tumalo, OR (7 mi), Pronghorn, OR (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 143 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Eagle Crest.

Because Redmond sits only 6 miles from Eagle Crest, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Eagle Crest gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Eagle Crest customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Eagle Crest customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Eagle Crest customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Eagle Crest addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Eagle Crest crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
