Embroidery for Edie: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Edie, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.6 square miles of Edie sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Acosta, PA (3 mi), Somerset, PA (6 mi), Jennerstown, PA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 52 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Edie counted against your roster.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Edie crews with neighbors like Acosta, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Edie customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Edie customers, these three earn their keep.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Edie customers see.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Edie addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Edie crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
