Embroidery in Emily, MN.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Emily gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Emily

Emily crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Emily address in 5 to 7 business days.

Emily is home to a community of 863 across 30.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Fifty Lakes, MN (7 mi), Manhattan Beach, MN (8 mi), Crosslake, MN (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 57 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Emily counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Emily does not stop at the town line. Crews from Fifty Lakes (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Emily gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Emily customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Emily customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Emily addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Emily crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your emily crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
