Embroidery in Exline, IA.

Embroidery for Exline: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Exline

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Exline, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Exline at a community of 158 on 1.0 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Cincinnati, IA (4 mi), Centerville, IA (6 mi), Numa, IA (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 85 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Exline counted against your roster.

Because Cincinnati sits only 4 miles from Exline, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Exline gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Exline customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Exline customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Exline customers see.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Exline addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Exline crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your exline crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
