Embroidery in Fairdale, PA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Fairdale gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Fairdale

Fairdale crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Fairdale address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Fairdale to the other, 1.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Carmichaels, PA (1 mi), Nemacolin, PA (2 mi), Ronco, PA (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 33 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Fairdale.

Because Carmichaels sits only 1 miles from Fairdale, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Fairdale gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Fairdale customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Fairdale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Fairdale customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Fairdale addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Fairdale crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Fairdale crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
