Embroidery delivered to Flora

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Flora, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Flora is home to about 4,700 people across 4.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Clay City, IL (7 mi), Louisville, IL (7 mi), Xenia, IL (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Scott Air Force Base, around 83 miles from Flora, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Flora.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Illinois mixes Flora crews with neighbors like Clay City, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Flora gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Flora customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Flora customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Flora customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Flora addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Flora crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Flora crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
