Embroidery delivered to Freeman

Freeman crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Freeman address in 5 to 7 business days.

Freeman is home to a community of 492 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Lake Annette, MO (2 mi), West Line, MO (4 mi), Cleveland, MO (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Whiteman Air Force Base, roughly 52 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Freeman.

Because Lake Annette sits only 2 miles from Freeman, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Freeman gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Freeman customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Freeman customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Freeman customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Freeman addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Freeman crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Freeman crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
