Embroidery in Georgetown, CT.

Custom embroidered gear for Georgetown businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Georgetown

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Georgetown, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.9 square miles of Georgetown sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Branchville, CT (2 mi), Cannondale, CT (2 mi), Ridgefield, CT (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, West Point sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Georgetown.

Because Branchville sits only 2 miles from Georgetown, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Georgetown gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Georgetown customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Georgetown customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Georgetown customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Georgetown addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Georgetown crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
