Embroidery in Gould, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Gould gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Gould

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Gould, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 632 spread over 1.6 square miles, Gould gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Mitchellville, AR (7 mi), Dumas, AR (8 mi), Grady, AR (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Little Rock Air Force Base sits about 70 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Gould counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Gould does not stop at the town line. Crews from Mitchellville (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Gould gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Gould customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Gould customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Gould addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Gould crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
