Embroidery delivered to Graton

Graton crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Graton address in 5 to 7 business days.

Graton covers 1.6 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Sebastopol, CA (3 mi), Forestville, CA (3 mi), Occidental, CA (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma, roughly 19 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Graton.

Embroidery demand around Graton does not stop at the town line. Crews from Sebastopol (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Graton gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Graton customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Graton customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Graton customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Graton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Graton crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
