Embroidery in Grawn, MI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Grawn gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Grawn

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Grawn, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Grawn to the other, 0.7 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Chums Corner, MI (2 mi), Interlochen, MI (4 mi), Traverse City, MI (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, around 8 miles from Grawn, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Grawn counted against your roster.

Because Chums Corner sits only 2 miles from Grawn, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Grawn gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Grawn customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Grawn customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Grawn addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Grawn crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
