Embroidery delivered to Gully

Gully crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Gully address in 5 to 7 business days.

Gully is home to a community of 57 across 0.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Trail, MN (4 mi), Gonvick, MN (6 mi), Clearbrook, MN (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Grand Forks Air Force Base, roughly 69 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Gully.

Embroidery demand around Gully does not stop at the town line. Crews from Trail (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Gully gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Gully customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Gully customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Gully customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Gully addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Gully crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your gully crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
