Embroidery in Hamlet, IN.

Embroidery for Hamlet: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Hamlet

Hamlet crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hamlet address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 772 spread over 1.0 square miles, Hamlet gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Groverton, IN (4 mi), Koontz Lake, IN (6 mi), Knox, IN (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Grissom Air Reserve Base, around 51 miles from Hamlet, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hamlet counted against your roster.

Because Groverton sits only 4 miles from Hamlet, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Hamlet gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Hamlet customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hamlet customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hamlet customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Hamlet addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hamlet crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Hamlet crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
