Embroidery delivered to Hartwick

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Hartwick, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Hartwick is home to a community of 90 across 0.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Victor, IA (5 mi), Holiday Lake, IA (6 mi), Brooklyn, IA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 71 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hartwick counted against your roster.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Iowa mixes Hartwick crews with neighbors like Victor, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Hartwick gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hartwick customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hartwick customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Hartwick customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Hartwick addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hartwick crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
