Embroidery for Harvey: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Harvey, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 239 spread over 0.7 square miles, Harvey gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Pella, IA (6 mi), Leighton, IA (7 mi), Bussey, IA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 49 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Harvey counted against your roster.
Embroidery demand around Harvey does not stop at the town line. Crews from Pella (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Harvey customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Harvey customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Harvey customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Harvey addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your harvey crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
