From single pieces to full crew runs, Hixton gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Hixton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Hixton at a community of 438 on 1.1 square miles of Wisconsin, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Alma Center, WI (6 mi), Taylor, WI (7 mi), Pigeon Falls, WI (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort McCoy, around 32 miles from Hixton, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hixton.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Wisconsin mixes Hixton crews with neighbors like Alma Center, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hixton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hixton customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Hixton customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Hixton addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hixton crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
