Embroidery for Hoven: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Hoven crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hoven address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Hoven at a community of 366 on 0.3 square miles of South Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Tolstoy, SD (8 mi), Lowry, SD (11 mi), Lebanon, SD (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Ellsworth Air Force Base, roughly 187 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hoven counted against your roster.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Hoven crews with neighbors like Tolstoy, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hoven customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hoven customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hoven customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Hoven addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hoven crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
