Embroidery in Hoyleton, IL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Hoyleton gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Hoyleton

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Hoyleton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 505 spread over 0.8 square miles, Hoyleton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: New Minden, IL (5 mi), Irvington, IL (6 mi), Hoffman, IL (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 39 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hoyleton.

Embroidery demand around Hoyleton does not stop at the town line. Crews from New Minden (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Hoyleton gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Hoyleton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hoyleton customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Hoyleton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hoyleton crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Hoyleton crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
