Embroidery in Impact, TX.

Embroidery for Impact: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Impact

Impact crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Impact address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Impact at a community of 21 on 0.1 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Abilene, TX (3 mi), Tye, TX (8 mi), Hawley, TX (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Dyess Air Force Base, roughly 3 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Impact.

Because Abilene sits only 3 miles from Impact, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Impact gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Impact customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Impact customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Impact customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Impact addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Impact crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
