Embroidery in Kila, MT.

Custom embroidered gear for Kila businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Kila

Kila crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Kila address in 5 to 7 business days.

Kila covers 4.0 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Batavia, MT (5 mi), Kalispell, MT (9 mi), Marion, MT (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fairchild Air Force Base sits about 141 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Kila.

Embroidery demand around Kila does not stop at the town line. Crews from Batavia (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Kila gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Kila customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Kila customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Kila customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Kila addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Kila crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Kila crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
