Embroidery delivered to Knox

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Knox, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Knox is home to about 1,100 people across 0.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Shippenville, PA (4 mi), Marianne, PA (5 mi), Callensburg, PA (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 122 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Knox.

Embroidery demand around Knox does not stop at the town line. Crews from Shippenville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Knox gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Knox customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Knox customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Knox customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Knox addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Knox crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
