Embroidery in Lahoma, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Lahoma gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Lahoma

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Lahoma, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Lahoma is home to a community of 525 across 0.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Meno, OK (5 mi), Drummond, OK (7 mi), Carrier, OK (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Vance Air Force Base, roughly 12 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lahoma.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Lahoma crews with neighbors like Meno, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Lahoma gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Lahoma customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lahoma customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lahoma customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Lahoma addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your lahoma crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
