Embroidery delivered to Layton

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Layton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 84,000 people spread over 22.6 square miles, Layton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Clearfield, UT (3 mi), Kaysville, UT (3 mi), South Weber, UT (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Hill Air Force Base sits about 10 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Layton.

Embroidery demand around Layton does not stop at the town line. Crews from Clearfield (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Layton gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Layton customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Layton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Layton customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side

Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Layton addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Layton crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Layton crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
