From single pieces to full crew runs, Le Roy gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Le Roy, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 12 spread over 0.4 square miles, Le Roy gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Garden Grove, IA (4 mi), Humeston, IA (5 mi), Weldon, IA (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Camp Dodge, around 57 miles from Le Roy, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Le Roy.
Embroidery demand around Le Roy does not stop at the town line. Crews from Garden Grove (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Le Roy customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Le Roy customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Le Roy addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your le roy crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
