Embroidery delivered to Leitchfield

Leitchfield crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Leitchfield address in 5 to 7 business days.

Leitchfield is home to about 6,500 people across 10.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clarkson, KY (3 mi), Big Clifty, KY (8 mi), Caneyville, KY (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 30 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Leitchfield.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Kentucky mixes Leitchfield crews with neighbors like Clarkson, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Leitchfield gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Leitchfield customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Leitchfield customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Leitchfield addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Leitchfield crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Leitchfield crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
