Embroidery in Leland, MS.

Custom embroidered gear for Leland businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Leland

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Leland, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 3,700 people spread over 3.6 square miles, Leland gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Elizabeth, MS (2 mi), Stoneville, MS (2 mi), Metcalfe, MS (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Little Rock Air Force Base, around 124 miles from Leland, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Leland.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Mississippi mixes Leland crews with neighbors like Elizabeth, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Leland gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Leland customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Leland customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Leland customers see.

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Leland addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Leland crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your leland crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
