Embroidery in Lenwood, CA.

Embroidery for Lenwood: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Lenwood

Lenwood crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lenwood address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.1 square miles of Lenwood sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Barstow, CA (4 mi), Yermo, CA (16 mi), Silver Lakes, CA (17 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Irwin sits about 4 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Lenwood.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of California mixes Lenwood crews with neighbors like Barstow, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Lenwood gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Lenwood customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lenwood customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lenwood customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Lenwood addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Lenwood crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
