Embroidery in Leupp, AZ.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Leupp gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Leupp

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Leupp, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Leupp covers 13.6 square miles of Arizona, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Tolani Lake, AZ (13 mi), Winslow, AZ (25 mi), Mountain View Ranches, AZ (27 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Luke Air Force Base sits about 139 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Leupp.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Arizona mixes Leupp crews with neighbors like Tolani Lake, 13 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Leupp gets embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Leupp customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Leupp customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Leupp customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Leupp addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Leupp crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Leupp crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
