Embroidery delivered to Lincoln Center

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Lincoln Center, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Lincoln Center is home to about 1,200 people across 1.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Beverly, KS (9 mi), Barnard, KS (11 mi), Sylvan Grove, KS (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Riley, around 69 miles from Lincoln Center, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Lincoln Center counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Lincoln Center does not stop at the town line. Crews from Beverly (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Lincoln Center gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Lincoln center customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lincoln Center customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Lincoln Center addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Lincoln Center crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Lincoln Center crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
