Embroidery in Lind, WA.

Custom embroidered gear for Lind businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Lind

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Lind, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 522 spread over 1.1 square miles, Lind gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ritzville, WA (15 mi), Hatton, WA (17 mi), Warden, WA (21 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fairchild Air Force Base, roughly 73 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Lind.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Washington mixes Lind crews with neighbors like Ritzville, 15 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Lind gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Lind customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Lind customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lind customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Lind addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your lind crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
