Embroidery in Lindsay, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Lindsay gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Lindsay

Lindsay crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lindsay address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Lindsay at about 1,200 people on 1.6 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Gainesville, TX (4 mi), Myra, TX (6 mi), Muenster, TX (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. NAS JRB Fort Worth, around 60 miles from Lindsay, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lindsay.

Embroidery demand around Lindsay does not stop at the town line. Crews from Gainesville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Lindsay gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Lindsay customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Lindsay customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lindsay customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Lindsay addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Lindsay crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your lindsay crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
