Embroidery delivered to Liverpool

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Liverpool, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Liverpool at about 2,200 people on 0.8 square miles of New York, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Galeville, NY (2 mi), Lakeland, NY (2 mi), Solvay, NY (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Drum, around 62 miles from Liverpool, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Liverpool.

Because Galeville sits only 2 miles from Liverpool, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Liverpool gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Liverpool customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Liverpool customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Here is what Liverpool customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Liverpool addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Liverpool crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
