Embroidery delivered to Loa

Loa crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Loa address in 5 to 7 business days.

Loa is home to a community of 514 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lyman, UT (3 mi), Fremont, UT (4 mi), Bicknell, UT (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Williams sits about 144 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Loa.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Utah mixes Loa crews with neighbors like Lyman, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Loa gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Loa customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Loa customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Loa customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Loa addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Loa crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
