Embroidery in Locust, NC.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Locust gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Locust

Locust crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Locust address in 5 to 7 business days.

Locust is home to about 5,900 people across 8.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Stanfield, NC (2 mi), Red Cross, NC (4 mi), Midland, NC (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Liberty, around 84 miles from Locust, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Locust.

Because Stanfield sits only 2 miles from Locust, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Locust gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Locust customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Locust customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Locust customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Locust addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Locust crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Locust crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
